As a sidenote, the fish hooking stunt is a pretty common stunt performed by magicians/stuntmen/daredevils that's not meant to be promoting a fetish. Criss Angel did that on TV for example, it's not promoting a dangerous fetish, it's simply performing a cool stunt.
